All returns require a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization, please contact customer service at 877-688-2652 or email us at schools@aop.com Any return received without the RA number will be assessed a $20.00 fee. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the RA clearly labeled on package. The RA number will expire 30 days from issue. Please allow 4-6 weeks (6-8 weeks during peak times) for your return to be processed. Return credits are refunded in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. No partial returns on sets. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ship by trackable means.
